*REAL RESIDENT REVIEW* I have been living here for a little over a month now. I did the hard hat tour and fell in love with the place. The tour guide told me I would not have any noise issues in the unit, as that was my primary concern. It currently feels like I hear every single step my upstairs neighbors take at all hours, including quiet hours. I can even feel the vibration of the steps they take 9 out of 10 times. I wish I were joking. I tried to give it time and even have attempted noise-canceling tactics, all of which have failed. I spoke with my neighbor, but it seems to be more of a layout problem. These apartments are built with paper-thin walls/ ceilings. You can hear and feel most things, such as other people's toilets flushing, people speaking, and furniture being moved. In addition, the pool is more often closed than open on hot days. I have smoke sensitivity and have been dealing with people smoking even though it is "not allowed within the buildings." There is no assigned parking, but people have "unassigned assigned parking." Recently, a tow truck has been occupying multiple parking spaces. I’m a first-time apartment renter, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From day one, the entire leasing office team has been incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, and any questions or concerns I’ve had have always been addressed quickly and with care. The maintenance king also deserves recognition he was prompt, efficient, and takes pride in making sure everything is taken care of. It’s reassuring to know that any maintenance requests are handled so quickly and professionally. As for the apartment itself, I absolutely love it. The community is modern, high-tech, clean, and well maintained. Out of all the apartment communities I toured, Pointe Grand Lakeland was always at the top of my list, and now that I live here, I know I made the right choice. I’m so happy to call Pointe Grand Lakeland my home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful community with an outstanding staff.

Pointe Grand has truly stood out. The communities are beautifully designed, with modern finishes, thoughtful layouts, and amenities that make everyday living both comfortable and convenient. It’s clear that a great deal of care has gone into creating homes that are not only attractive but also practical for how people actually live. We recently had a virtual tour with Tommy, and both he and Regan were absolutely wonderful. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive, taking the time to answer all of our questions and making us feel valued from the very first interaction. Their professionalism and genuine kindness made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting and enjoyable. Although we’re still deciding between two Pointe Grand communities, the outstanding customer service we’ve received has left a lasting impression. It’s rare to find a team that is so attentive and committed to helping prospective residents. Thank you, Regan and Tommy, for making our apartment search such a positive experience. We truly appreciate everything you’ve done and would highly recommend Pointe Grand to anyone looking for a beautiful, thoughtfully designed community back

I had a great experience touring this apartment complex. The leasing agent Calvin did an excellent job showing me around and answering all of my questions. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the property and amenities. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process feel comfortable and welcoming. The tour was well organized, and I left with a great impression of the community. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!
